The Londonderry Freezer Warehouse facility houses over 90,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage space, while the Highwood Cold Storage facility features 122,000 square feet of storage. We provide well-lighted, organized refrigerated and frozen space as well as sub zero storage at -10°F and -20°F .Customer inventory is stored safely and securely, using appropriate racking and storage systems. Each of our warehouses also has clean, well-monitored docks with multiple bays.

Comprehensive Security

Both the Highwood and Londonderry storage facilities are "fully wired" offering robust interior and perimeter ADT security, including video and motion control monitoring. Cameras are stationed on every dock to record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure the integrity of our customers' products and peace of mind. Our staff members have the unique ability to log in and monitor our security cameras from a computer at any time day or night, no matter where they are.

In response to new laws stemming from the Bioterrorism Act of 2002, both facilities are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Sensatronics software utilizes a "three-pronged approach" to compare reported temperatures against thresholds. Should temperatures fall out of the desired range, our staff is immediately alerted through a pager, e-mail, or cell phone.

On-Site Inspection Capabilities

If inspections or certifications are required for any products in your inventory, we can arrange for them to be performed conveniently on-site. Both of our facilities offer clean, modern kitchens which can be used by your own QC inspector or for independent USDC inspections. Having kitchens on location means fewer delays in the distribution process - and lower inspection costs for you.
